You need a valid government-issued ID showing you’re 21 or older. The driver will check it at your door. No ID, no delivery—that’s state law.
You also need to be the person who placed the order, or someone you’ve designated to receive it. We can’t hand cannabis to a random roommate or neighbor without verifying age and identity.
Payment is handled online when you order, so you don’t need cash on hand unless you’re tipping (which is appreciated but not required). The whole handoff takes under a minute. Show ID, get your package, done.
We deliver to apartments, condos, houses, whatever. As long as it’s a residential address in our service area and you’re 21+, we’ll bring your order there.
For apartments, just include your unit number when you enter your address. The driver will text or call when they arrive if they need help finding you. Some buildings have specific delivery instructions or require meeting in the lobby—that’s fine, just note it in the order.
We don’t deliver to P.O. boxes or commercial addresses that aren’t licensed dispensaries. And we can’t leave packages unattended. Someone 21+ needs to be there to receive it.
Yes. Every product sold through New York’s legal cannabis market is required to have a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from a licensed lab. Those results show cannabinoid content (THC, CBD, etc.), terpene profiles, and whether the product passed contamination testing for pesticides, heavy metals, and microbials.
Most products have a QR code on the packaging that links directly to the COA. You can scan it and see the lab results yourself. If a product doesn’t have that, it’s not coming from a licensed source, and we don’t carry it.
This is one of the biggest differences between legal delivery and the unregulated market. You’re not guessing about potency or safety. The testing is done by third parties, and the results are available before you consume anything.
If no one’s home to receive the delivery, the driver will try to contact you by phone or text. If they can’t reach you, they’ll return the product and you’ll need to reschedule.
We can’t leave cannabis unattended, even in a secure location. It’s a legal requirement. Someone 21+ has to physically receive the order and show ID.
If you know you’ll be out, you can add delivery instructions during checkout or contact customer support to adjust the delivery window. We’d rather get the timing right the first time than make multiple trips.
