You’ll need to contact us to reschedule. Depending on our policies and what happened, you might be able to get your order redelivered the same day, or you might need to place a new order. There’s no refund if you miss the delivery—you already paid, and the driver already made the trip.
This is why the tracking info matters. You’ll know when the driver is close, so you can be ready. If something comes up and you realize you’re not going to be home, contact us before the driver gets there. We might be able to reroute or reschedule without the order being marked as a failed delivery. Once the driver shows up and you’re not there, your options get a lot more limited.
