Nassau County opted out of retail cannabis. That means if you want legal weed edibles, you’d normally drive to East Farmingdale, Coram, or Deer Park just to browse a menu in person.
Delivery changes that. You get access to licensed dispensaries across Long Island without leaving Bay Park. Browse THC gummies, marijuana edibles, CBD options, and weed drinks from your phone. Place an order. Someone brings it to your door.
No gas. No guessing if they’re open. No wasted trip because they’re out of the product you wanted. Just straightforward access to what’s legal and available right now.
We operate under New York’s cannabis delivery laws. We don’t grow, manufacture, or stock products ourselves. We connect Bay Park residents to licensed dispensaries operating legally in Nassau and Suffolk counties.
That includes Simply Green in Coram, Long Island Cannabis Club in Deer Park, Happy Days and Strain Stars in Farmingdale, Canna Blooms in Farmingville, and others across the Island. Every product comes from a state-licensed source. Every order follows OCM regulations.
You’re not cutting corners. You’re using a legal delivery network that fills the gap Nassau County created when it opted out of retail.
Start by browsing the menu online. You’ll see THC gummies, weed drinks, chocolates, baked goods, and CBD edibles from licensed Long Island dispensaries. Each product shows THC content, dosing info, and brand details.
Add what you want to your cart. Orders over $100 get free delivery. Anything under that has a small delivery fee. You can pay cash on delivery.
Once you place the order, a licensed delivery driver confirms your age and ID at the door. They hand over your edibles in discreet, odor-proof packaging. The whole process typically happens same-day or next-day, depending on when you order and where the nearest dispensary is located.

The most popular category is THC gummies. They’re easy to dose, discreet, and come in a range of potencies. You’ll find options with 5mg, 10mg, or higher per piece, depending on your tolerance and what you’re using them for.
Weed drinks are growing fast. These are cannabis-infused beverages that kick in faster than traditional edibles—sometimes within 20 to 40 minutes instead of the usual hour or two. If you want something that feels more like having a beer than eating a brownie, drinks make sense.
You’ll also see chocolates, baked goods, mints, and CBD edibles. CBD products won’t get you high, but they’re popular for managing stress or discomfort without the psychoactive effects. All products available through delivery are third-party lab tested and come from dispensaries like Strain Stars, Happy Days, Planet Nugg, Strong Strains, Beleaf, Brown Budda, and Charlie Fox across Nassau and Suffolk.
Most cannabis edibles take 30 minutes to 2 hours to kick in. That’s because your body has to digest them first. THC gets processed through your liver, which takes time but also makes the effects stronger and longer-lasting than smoking or vaping.
Weed drinks and certain fast-acting gummies can hit sooner—sometimes in 20 to 40 minutes. These products use nano-emulsion technology or other methods to speed up absorption. If you’re new to edibles, start low and wait at least 90 minutes before taking more. Overconsumption happens when people assume it’s not working and take another dose too soon.
The delayed onset is one of the biggest reasons people struggle with edibles. It’s not like smoking, where you feel it in minutes. Patience matters. Once it does hit, expect effects to last anywhere from 4 to 8 hours depending on dose and your metabolism.
Yes. Every product available through our service comes from a dispensary licensed by New York’s Office of Cannabis Management. That means they follow state testing and labeling requirements.
Third-party labs test for potency, pesticides, heavy metals, and contaminants before products hit the shelf. You’ll see THC and CBD content listed on every package. New York requires this transparency, and licensed dispensaries don’t sell anything that hasn’t been cleared.
This is a big difference from the unregulated market. You’re not guessing what’s in a homemade brownie or trusting a random plug. You’re getting a product that passed state safety standards and comes with clear dosing information. That’s the whole point of legalization—access to cannabis that’s tested, labeled, and accountable.
THC gummies contain tetrahydrocannabinol, the compound in cannabis that gets you high. They’re used recreationally and for things like sleep, pain relief, or appetite stimulation. You’ll feel psychoactive effects—relaxation, euphoria, altered perception—depending on the dose.
CBD edibles contain cannabidiol, a non-intoxicating compound. You won’t get high from CBD. People use it for anxiety, inflammation, or general wellness without the mental effects. Some products combine both THC and CBD for a more balanced experience.
If you’re new to cannabis or want to stay functional, CBD makes sense. If you’re looking for the full cannabis experience, THC is what you’re after. You can also find products with different ratios—like 1:1 THC to CBD—that offer a middle ground. Just read the label before you buy so you know what you’re getting.
In most cases, yes. Same-day delivery depends on a few things: when you place the order, which dispensary is fulfilling it, and how busy the delivery schedule is that day.
If you order in the morning or early afternoon, there’s a good chance your edibles arrive the same day. Orders placed later in the evening might get delivered the next day. We pull from licensed dispensaries in Nassau and Suffolk, so proximity matters too.
You’ll get an estimated delivery window when you check out. If same-day isn’t available, next-day almost always is. Either way, you’re not waiting a week. This is faster and more reliable than driving to a dispensary yourself, especially when the closest legal option is in another county.
No. New York legalized recreational cannabis in 2021. If you’re 21 or older, you can order THC gummies, marijuana edibles, and other cannabis products without a medical card.
You will need a valid government-issued ID. The delivery driver checks it at your door to confirm your age. That’s a legal requirement, and there’s no way around it. If you’re not 21 or can’t provide ID, the driver won’t complete the delivery.
Medical cardholders still have benefits—like access to higher-potency products and different tax rates—but recreational consumers can order the same edibles available at any adult-use dispensary. You’re just using delivery instead of walking into a store.
Nassau County gave municipalities the option to opt in or out of retail cannabis sales. Out of 69 towns and villages, only 5 opted in. Bay Park isn’t one of them, and neither are most other Nassau communities.
That doesn’t mean cannabis is illegal here. It just means you can’t open or visit a retail dispensary within county lines. The state still allows delivery, processing, cultivation, and distribution. Municipalities can’t opt out of those.
So while you can’t walk into a storefront in Bay Park, you can absolutely have edibles delivered from licensed dispensaries in places like Farmingdale, Coram, Deer Park, or Riverhead. Delivery fills the gap. It’s legal, regulated, and designed exactly for situations like this where local governments restricted retail but residents still want access.
