You already know the situation. Oyster Bay Cove opted in, but there’s still no retail storefront in Nassau County. That means your closest dispensary is in Suffolk—and depending on traffic, that’s 30 to 60 minutes each way just to pick up a pack of gummies.
We connect you to products from eight licensed dispensaries across Long Island without leaving home. We’re talking Happy Days, Planet Nugg, Strain Stars in Farmingdale. Simply Green in Coram. Strong Strains in East Setauket. Beleaf in Calverton. You get the selection of a full dispensary network with same-day delivery to Oyster Bay Cove.
Every product is third-party lab tested. Every order is age-verified. Every delivery is discreet. You place the order online, we handle the rest, and you’re back to your day within hours—not stuck in roundtrip traffic hoping the dispensary hasn’t sold out of what you wanted.
We’re a New York State licensed cannabis delivery service operating across Nassau and Suffolk counties. We don’t grow, manufacture, or white-label anything. We deliver products directly from licensed dispensaries to your door, fully compliant with OCM regulations.
That matters more than it sounds. You’re not getting mystery gummies from an unlicensed pop-up or Delta-8 products with questionable lab work. You’re getting the same inventory available at brick-and-mortar dispensaries—just without the drive.
Oyster Bay Cove is one of five Nassau County municipalities that opted in for cannabis retail, but the infrastructure is still catching up. Until storefronts open locally, delivery is how you access legal products safely. We’ve built relationships with dispensaries in Farmingdale, Deer Park, Coram, East Setauket, Riverhead, Calverton, and Southampton so you don’t have to make the trip yourself.
You browse products on our site. Everything lists cannabinoid content, dosage per serving, and which dispensary it’s coming from. If you’re new to edibles or trying a different product type, you’ll see detailed descriptions and can reach out with questions before ordering.
Once you place an order, we verify your age and payment online or by phone. No cash on delivery—everything is prepaid for compliance and safety. You’ll get a confirmation with an estimated delivery window, typically within two hours depending on your location and order volume that day.
When the driver arrives, they’ll verify your ID again at the door. You sign for the package, and that’s it. Edibles are sealed in odor-proof packaging, so there’s no smell and no attention. If something’s wrong with the order—damaged product, incorrect item—you’ve got 24 hours to contact us for a resolution.
The whole process is built around one thing: getting you legal, lab-tested cannabis edibles without the friction of driving to Suffolk County and hoping they have stock.

Most people ordering edibles want control. That means knowing exactly how much THC or CBD is in each serving, what the onset time looks like, and whether the product has been tested for contaminants. You get all of that here.
Our dispensary partners carry everything from 2.5mg microdose gummies to 10mg servings for experienced users. You’ll find balanced ratios with CBD and CBG for wellness-focused effects, THC-dominant options for recreation, and CBD-only edibles if you want the benefits without the high. We also deliver weed drinks, which are growing fast on Long Island—faster onset, easier to dose, and a different experience than traditional edibles.
Nassau County residents have been underserved since legalization. You’ve watched Suffolk open dispensaries while your options stayed limited. We fill that gap by aggregating inventory from Long Island Cannabis Club in Deer Park, Canna Blooms in Farmingville, Brown Budda and Charlie Fox in Southampton, and more. You’re not limited to one dispensary’s stock. You’re pulling from the whole network.
No minimum order. No subscription requirement. No upselling you on products you don’t need. You order what you want, and we bring it.
Most deliveries arrive within two hours of order confirmation, though timing depends on current volume and your exact location within Oyster Bay Cove. We’re pulling products from licensed dispensaries across Nassau and Suffolk, so distance from the dispensary to your address plays a role.
You’ll receive an estimated delivery window when you place the order. If we’re running behind or there’s a delay, someone from our team will reach out. Same-day delivery is standard unless you’re ordering late in the evening or during a high-traffic period.
Traffic on the LIE and Northern State can add time, especially during rush hours. If you need your order by a specific time, mention it when you place the order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Yes. Every product we deliver comes from a New York State licensed dispensary, and all licensed dispensaries are required to third-party lab test their inventory for potency and contaminants. That includes pesticides, heavy metals, residual solvents, and microbial impurities.
You can request a Certificate of Analysis for any product. Most dispensaries include QR codes on packaging that link directly to lab results. If you don’t see one, ask us and we’ll get it for you.
This is the difference between legal cannabis and the unregulated market. You know what you’re consuming. You know it’s been tested. You’re not guessing at dosage or wondering if there’s something in the product that shouldn’t be there.
Dosage is everything with edibles. A 2.5mg gummy is considered a microdose—enough to feel mild relaxation or stress relief without significant impairment. Most new users start here. It’s also popular with people using cannabis for wellness rather than recreation.
A 10mg gummy is a standard recreational dose for someone with moderate tolerance. You’ll feel it more noticeably: mood lift, body relaxation, possibly some cognitive effects depending on the strain and your individual response. If you’re new to THC, 10mg might be too much.
Your body weight, metabolism, and tolerance all affect how edibles hit you. Edibles also take longer to kick in than smoking or vaping—usually 30 to 90 minutes—and the effects last longer, sometimes four to six hours. Start low, wait at least two hours before taking more, and adjust from there based on how you respond.
Yes. Several of our partner dispensaries carry CBD-dominant edibles with little to no THC. These are designed for people who want the therapeutic benefits of cannabis—pain relief, anxiety reduction, better sleep—without any psychoactive effects.
CBD edibles are also legal under federal law as long as they’re derived from hemp and contain less than 0.3% THC, but buying from a licensed dispensary ensures you’re getting accurately dosed products with verified lab testing. A lot of CBD products sold in gas stations or online don’t have reliable testing, and the dosages are often inaccurate.
If you’re using CBD for a specific condition or symptom, let us know when you order. We can point you toward products with the right cannabinoid profile and dosage range for what you’re dealing with.
If the product is damaged, incorrect, or there’s a legitimate issue with the order, you have 24 hours to contact us and we’ll make it right. That might mean a replacement, refund, or credit depending on the situation.
If you just don’t like the taste or the effects weren’t what you expected, that’s harder to resolve. Cannabis products can’t be resold once they leave our possession for safety and legal reasons. We can’t take them back and put them back into inventory.
That’s why we encourage questions before you order. If you’re unsure about a product—dosage, flavor, effects—reach out. We’d rather spend five minutes helping you pick the right edibles than have you stuck with something that doesn’t work for you.
All Nassau County towns, including Oyster Bay, opted out of allowing retail cannabis dispensaries even though New York legalized recreational sales statewide. Oyster Bay Cove is one of only five municipalities in Nassau that opted back in, but no storefronts have opened yet.
That’s left Nassau residents in a frustrating position. You’re allowed to legally purchase and possess cannabis, but there’s nowhere local to buy it. Suffolk County has six recreational dispensaries, but that requires a drive and doesn’t guarantee they’ll have what you’re looking for in stock.
Delivery services like us exist specifically to solve this access problem. We’re licensed by New York State to deliver cannabis products from dispensaries to consumers in areas without retail locations. Until Nassau gets its own storefronts, delivery is the most reliable way to access legal edibles, gummies, and other cannabis products without leaving home.
