Nassau County has been slower to approve cannabis retail locations compared to Suffolk, which is why delivery is especially useful here. Only five of Nassau’s 69 municipalities have opted in to allow dispensaries, compared to six of Suffolk’s 42 towns. That leaves a lot of the county without nearby access to legal cannabis.
