If you live in an apartment complex, make sure your address is complete—building number, unit number, any gate codes or entry instructions. The clearer your delivery info, the smoother it goes. If the driver can’t reach you or can’t find your unit, they’ll try calling. If that doesn’t work, the order goes back, and you’ll have to reschedule.
Apartment deliveries take a little longer because of access issues, but they’re not a problem as long as you’re reachable and your info is accurate. Most drivers in Suffolk County are used to it.
