If you order in the morning or early afternoon, you’ll typically receive your delivery the same day by evening. If you order later in the day, delivery might push closer to our cutoff times—11pm Sunday through Thursday, or 1am Friday and Saturday.
We can’t deliver outside those hours due to New York state regulations. Dispensaries are only allowed to deliver during their operating hours, and that window runs from 8:01am to 11:59pm. We extend our hours as far as legally possible to give you more flexibility, but if you order at midnight on a Wednesday, it’s coming the next day.

No. Recreational cannabis is legal in New York, so you don’t need a medical card to order flower delivery in Riverhead.
You just need to be 21 or older and have a valid ID to show at delivery. That’s it. The driver will check your ID when they arrive, you’ll sign for the package, and the transaction is complete.
If you do have a medical card, you can still use our service. Medical patients sometimes get access to different product options or tax benefits depending on the dispensary, but recreational customers have full access to the same inventory and delivery service. Delivery is restricted to New York State only. We can’t deliver to motor vehicles, public spaces, or outside state lines. As long as you’re ordering to a residential or private address within our service area, same-day delivery applies. You get the same selection, same speed, and same legal compliance no matter where you are on Long Island.
