You need to be 21 or older with a valid ID. Delivery drivers will check your identification at the door—that’s non-negotiable. If you’re a medical marijuana patient, you can order regardless of age, but you’ll need to provide your New York medical cannabis card.
The products we deliver come from state-licensed dispensaries. That means they’ve passed testing requirements and meet New York’s packaging and labeling standards. You’re not ordering from an unlicensed source or a gray-market operation.

Legal cannabis costs more than the illicit market in most cases. That’s because you’re paying for testing, regulation, taxes, and legitimate business overhead. The average item price in New York is around $31, down from $36 last year, so prices are dropping as the market matures.
You’re also paying for consistency. Legal products are labeled accurately. If it says 20% THC, it’s actually 20%. If it says 5mg per gummy, that’s what you’re getting. Unlicensed products don’t have that reliability.
