Medical cardholders do get some benefits in New York, like access to higher-potency products and potential tax breaks, but for standard recreational delivery, all you need is to be of legal age and have a valid ID ready when the driver arrives.
Delivery fees vary depending on distance and order size, but we disclose them at checkout before you pay. You’ll see the product total, delivery fee, and taxes broken out clearly. No surprise charges after the fact.
New York’s cannabis taxes are high—that’s not something we control. You’re paying state excise tax, local tax, and sales tax on top of the product price. It adds up, and it’s one reason why some people still buy from unlicensed sources. But you’re also paying for tested products, legal protection, and accountability.
We don’t require a minimum order, so if you want to try a single item, you’re not forced to spend $50 just to qualify for delivery. Some services do that. We don’t. You pay for what you want, plus delivery and taxes, and that’s it.
We can’t leave cannabis products at your door or with a neighbor. New York law requires hand-to-hand delivery with ID verification, so if you’re not home, the driver will contact you to reschedule.
This isn’t us being difficult—it’s a legal requirement. Cannabis can’t be delivered to a motor vehicle, a P.O. box, or any location where we can’t verify the recipient’s age and identity in person.
