If you’re still unreachable, the driver will leave and your order will be marked as undeliverable. You’ll need to reschedule delivery or pick up your order from the dispensary directly. We don’t leave cannabis orders at your door—it’s a liability issue and a regulatory gray area.
The easiest way to avoid this is to make sure you’re available during your selected delivery window. If something comes up and you need to change your window, contact us as soon as possible. We can adjust delivery times if you give us enough notice.
