When you order, you’ll need to verify you’re 21 or older with a valid ID. That happens at checkout online or when your order arrives. New York law allows you to purchase up to three ounces of flower or 24 grams of concentrates per transaction, and we follow that to the letter.

All of it is sourced from licensed New York cannabis brands, and all of it has been lab-tested for pesticides, heavy metals, residual solvents, and microbial contaminants. Edibles are popular in Bayside, especially with first-timers. Most people prefer low-dose options—between 2.5 and 5 mg of THC per serving. We stock those, and we also carry higher-dose products for people with more experience. If you’re new, start low. You can always take more later, but you can’t take less once it’s in your system.

Check the New York State Office of Cannabis Management’s dispensary verification tool. Every legal dispensary is listed there by name and address. If the shop you’re looking at isn’t on that list, it’s not licensed—even if it has a storefront, a website, and products on the shelf.
There are roughly 1,500 unlicensed cannabis shops operating in New York City right now. They’re not tested, not regulated, and not accountable to anyone. The products might be fine, or they might contain pesticides, heavy metals, or synthetic cannabinoids. You won’t know until it’s too late.
Licensed dispensaries like ours are required to display our license number and link to the state verification tool. If you don’t see that, walk out. It’s not worth the risk, and it’s not worth supporting a business that’s operating illegally while licensed operators are following the rules.

Yes, cannabis delivery is fully legal in Bayside and throughout Queens. Licensed dispensaries can deliver to any address within our service area as long as you’re 21 or older and can provide valid ID at the time of delivery.
Delivery times vary depending on order volume and your location, but most orders go out the same day if you place them during business hours. We’re not making you wait three days like some online retailers. You order, we pack it, and it gets to you fast.
Delivery is discreet. No branded vehicles, no loud packaging, no announcements to your neighbors. We treat it like any other delivery service because that’s what it is. You’ll get a notification when the driver is close, and you’ll verify your ID when they arrive. That’s it.
Start with a low-dose edible or a THC beverage. Edibles in the 2.5 to 5 mg range are ideal for first-timers because the effects are predictable, manageable, and not overwhelming. Beverages kick in a little faster than traditional edibles, usually within 30 to 60 minutes, and they’re easy to dose.

Don’t mix cannabis with alcohol, especially your first time. Don’t drive or operate anything dangerous. And give it time—edibles can take up to two hours to fully kick in, so don’t take more just because you’re not feeling it yet. That’s the most common mistake people make, and it’s avoidable.
