You shouldn’t have to wonder if what’s on the label matches what’s in the package. With over 1,500 unlicensed shops operating across New York, that’s become a real problem—unregulated products with no testing, inaccurate labels, and zero accountability.
When you buy from a licensed dispensary, you’re getting third-party lab results you can verify yourself. Every product links to a Certificate of Analysis showing cannabinoid levels, contaminant testing, and safety compliance. That’s not marketing talk—it’s a legal requirement for licensed operators.
You also get knowledgeable staff who can walk you through strain differences, dosing, and product types without the sales pressure. Whether you’re looking for flower, edibles, vapes, or concentrates, you’ll know what to expect before you leave.
We operate as a fully licensed cannabis dispensary serving Farmingdale and the broader Long Island area. We’re part of a growing network of legal operators in the region, including Happy Days, Planet Nugg, and Strain Stars in East Farmingdale—all working within New York’s regulated framework.
That means we display the NYS Dispensary Verification Tool near our entrance, linking directly to the state’s official licensed dispensary list. You can verify our license before you walk in. We also provide full transparency around lab testing, with accessible COAs for every product we carry.
Farmingdale has become Long Island’s cannabis hub, and we’re here to serve that community with the kind of transparency and professionalism you’d expect from any legitimate retail operation.
Shopping at a licensed marijuana dispensary is straightforward. You walk in, show your ID to confirm you’re 21 or older, and browse products that have been tested and approved by New York’s Office of Cannabis Management.
Our staff can help you narrow down options based on what you’re looking for—whether that’s pain relief, sleep support, anxiety management, or recreational use. We’ll explain the differences between indica, sativa, and hybrid strains, walk you through THC and CBD levels, and help you choose between flower, edibles, vapes, or concentrates.
Once you’ve made your selection, you’ll pay (cash or debit—credit cards aren’t an option due to federal restrictions), and you’ll leave with a product that includes a QR code linking to its full lab report. If you have questions later, you can come back. We’re not going anywhere.

We carry the product categories that Long Island customers actually buy. Flower makes up about 44% of dispensary sales and remains the most popular option for experienced users. Vapes account for roughly 28% of sales and appeal to people looking for discretion and convenience. Edibles bring in around 12% of revenue and are popular with customers who want precise dosing without smoking or vaping.
Pre-rolls have surged in popularity recently, now making up over 15% of total sales. They’re convenient, consistent, and a good entry point if you’re new to cannabis or just want something ready to go.
Across Long Island, licensed dispensaries are operating in Coram (Simply Green), Deer Park (Long Island Cannabis Club), East Setauket (Strong Strains), Farmingdale (Happy Days, Planet Nugg, Strain Stars), Farmingville (Canna Blooms), Riverhead (Strain Stars), Calverton (Beleaf), and Southampton (Brown Budda, Charlie Fox). Each one operates under the same state regulations, so you’re getting the same level of safety and transparency no matter where you shop.
Check for the NYS Dispensary Verification Tool displayed near the entrance. It’s a QR code that links directly to New York’s Office of Cannabis Management website, where you can confirm the dispensary’s license status.
You can also visit the OCM’s online dispensary directory and search by location. If a shop isn’t listed there, it’s not licensed—no matter what signage they have or how legitimate they look. Over 1,500 unlicensed shops are operating across New York, so this step matters.
Licensed dispensaries are also required to provide Certificates of Analysis for every product. If a shop can’t or won’t show you lab results, that’s a red flag.
Licensed dispensaries are required to sell products that pass third-party lab testing for contaminants, pesticides, heavy metals, and accurate potency. Unlicensed shops have no such requirement, and there’s no way to verify what’s actually in the product.
You also get accurate labeling at licensed locations. If a product says it contains 10mg of THC, that’s been verified. At an unlicensed shop, that number could be completely inaccurate—or the product could contain substances that aren’t listed at all.
Beyond safety, buying from a licensed dispensary means you’re supporting a legal market that contributes tax revenue to local communities. The Town of Babylon, for example, has collected over $1.8 million in cannabis tax revenue, which funds local programs like chemical dependency treatment centers.
No. Because cannabis is still illegal at the federal level, most dispensaries can’t process credit card payments. Some accept debit cards, but cash is the most reliable payment method.
Plan to bring cash when you visit. We have an ATM on-site if you forget, but you’ll usually pay an ATM fee. It’s easier to come prepared.
This isn’t a choice we’re making—it’s a limitation imposed by federal banking laws. Until cannabis is federally legalized or rescheduled, this is how transactions work across the industry.
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) shows the results of third-party lab testing for a specific product batch. You’re looking for a few key things: cannabinoid levels (THC, CBD, etc.), contaminant testing (pesticides, heavy metals, mold), and a pass/fail result.
The COA should also include the lab’s name, the date of testing, and a batch or lot number that matches the product you’re buying. If any of that information is missing, ask questions.
Most licensed dispensaries provide QR codes on product packaging that link directly to the COA. You can scan it right there in the store or check it later at home. If a dispensary doesn’t offer easy access to lab results, that’s a problem.
Edibles and pre-rolls are usually the easiest starting points. Edibles offer precise dosing—you know exactly how much THC you’re consuming, and you can start with a low dose (5mg or less) to see how it affects you. The downside is that edibles take 30 to 90 minutes to kick in, so patience is important.
Pre-rolls are convenient if you’re comfortable with smoking. They’re pre-measured, ready to use, and you’ll feel the effects within minutes, which makes it easier to gauge your tolerance.
Avoid concentrates and high-potency vapes if you’re just starting out. They deliver much higher THC levels and can be overwhelming if you’re not experienced. Talk to our staff—we can recommend specific products based on what you’re hoping to achieve and your comfort level.
