From there, we’ll show you options in your price range and explain what makes them different. You’re not locked into anything. If you want to see the menu first and think about it, that’s fine. If you’re a first-time customer, we offer 10-20% off your first purchase, so ask about that at checkout.
If you’re ordering online, your cart will probably be bigger—that’s just how it works. People who order ahead tend to add more items and spend more, but there’s no pressure either way.

Flower makes up about a third of what people buy, and it’s still the most popular option in New York. We carry a rotating selection of strains, and our staff can tell you what’s fresh and what’s been sitting. If something smells off or looks dry, we’ll tell you—that’s not helping anyone.
Edibles are the second-biggest category, especially gummies. They’re discreet, easy to dose, and you don’t need to smoke anything. If you’re over fifty or you just don’t want to inhale, this is usually the move. Expect effects in 30-90 minutes, and start low if you’re new—5mg is a good starting point.
Vapes and pre-rolls are popular with people who want convenience. Vapes are cleaner and don’t smell as much. Pre-rolls are ready to go. Both are good if you’re trying cannabis for the first time and don’t want to commit to a full eighth.
New Yorkers spend an average of $123 per order, which is 50% higher than the national average. That doesn’t mean you have to spend that much, but it does mean people here are buying more than one product at a time. Yes. Every product we sell has to be tested for potency, pesticides, heavy metals, and contaminants before it hits the shelf. That’s the law in New York State, and it’s one of the main reasons to buy from a licensed shop instead of somewhere else.
You’ll see lab results on the packaging or available to view in-store. Those results tell you the THC and CBD percentages, which helps you know what you’re getting. If a product fails testing, it doesn’t get sold. Period.
That doesn’t mean every product will work perfectly for you—everyone’s body is different—but it does mean you’re not getting something that’s been cut with anything unsafe or mislabeled. That peace of mind is worth something, especially if you’re new to cannabis or using it for medical reasons.
You can do either. We let you browse the menu online and place an order for pickup. We also offer delivery, though most people in Brooklyn still prefer to shop in person—only about 44% of orders here are for delivery, compared to 60% nationwide.

We’ll ask what you’re hoping to get out of it. Sleep? Relaxation? Focus? Pain relief? Your answer will help us narrow down what to recommend. If you’re worried about getting too high, we’ll steer you toward lower-THC options or products with more CBD, which balances things out.
For most people who are new, we recommend starting with a low-dose edible (5mg) or a small amount of flower with moderate THC (10-15%). Try it at home when you don’t have anything else to do, and see how it feels. You can always take more next time, but you can’t undo it if you take too much the first time. Go slow, and don’t let anyone pressure you into buying more than you’re comfortable with.
If a dispensary is significantly cheaper than everyone else, it’s worth asking why. Sometimes it’s because they’re running a promotion or clearing out older inventory. Sometimes it’s because they’re cutting corners—on storage, on testing, or on where they’re sourcing their products.
Licensed dispensaries in New York have high operating costs. Rent in Brooklyn isn’t cheap. Security, testing, compliance, and labor all add up. If someone’s selling flower for $20 an eighth when everyone else is at $40, they’re either losing money or they’re not following the same rules.
That doesn’t mean you should overpay. But it does mean the cheapest option isn’t always the best one. You’re better off finding a dispensary that’s transparent about pricing, explains what you’re getting, and doesn’t try to upsell you on stuff you don’t need. That’s what fair pricing looks like—not the lowest number, but the right value for what you’re actually buying.
