Hear from Our Customers
You’re not looking for a lecture or a sales pitch. You want to know what you’re buying, why it costs what it does, and whether it’s actually going to work.
That’s fair. New York’s legal market is still finding its footing, and prices are higher than other states—around $31 per item on average. But here’s what that price gets you: products tested by third-party labs, clear labeling on potency and ingredients, and staff who can actually explain the difference between a sativa and an indica without reading off a script.
You’re also supporting a licensed operation. That means every product on our shelves passed through New York’s Office of Cannabis Management. No mystery ingredients. No guessing games. Just cannabis you can trust, whether you’re here for flower, pre-rolls, edibles, or something in between.
Hollis sits right in the heart of Queens, and until recently, your options for legal cannabis were limited. You either drove out to another neighborhood or took your chances with unlicensed sellers.
We opened because this community deserved better. A real dispensary with real products and people who know what they’re talking about. We’re not trying to be the flashiest spot in the city. We’re trying to be the place you come back to because it’s convenient, honest, and stocked with products that actually deliver.
Walk in. Check your ID at the door—New York requires it, and so do we.
From there, you can browse on your own or ask questions. Our budtenders aren’t here to upsell you. They’re here to help you find what fits—whether that’s a mellow edible for the evening, a pre-roll for convenience, or flower you can use however you want.
If you’re new to cannabis or just new to the legal market, we’ll walk you through it. Potency, terpenes, consumption methods—we’ll explain what matters and skip the stuff that doesn’t. Once you’ve made your choice, we ring you up and you’re on your way. No membership fees. No pressure. Just a straightforward transaction.

Our menu isn’t trying to be everything to everyone. It’s focused on what people in Hollis actually want: flower, pre-rolls, and edibles.
Flower is still the most popular option. It’s versatile, and you control the dose. We carry sativa, indica, and hybrid strains, and we can help you figure out which one makes sense based on what you’re looking for—energy, relaxation, focus, or just a good night’s sleep.
Pre-rolls are for convenience. Grab one on your way out. No grinder, no rolling, no prep.
Edibles, especially gummies, are our fastest-growing category. They’re discreet, easy to dose, and come in different flavors and strengths. In New York, gummies make up about 90% of edible sales, and it’s easy to see why. You know exactly how much THC you’re getting, and the effects last longer than smoking or vaping.
Everything we sell has been tested for potency and contaminants. You’ll see the THC and CBD percentages clearly labeled, along with any relevant terpene profiles. If you have questions about a specific product, just ask. We’d rather you leave informed than confused.
Yes. We’re licensed by the New York State Office of Cannabis Management, which means we’ve met the state’s requirements for safety, testing, and compliance.
Every product we sell comes from a licensed cultivator or manufacturer. It’s been tested by a third-party lab for potency, pesticides, heavy metals, and other contaminants. You’ll see a certificate of analysis available for any product you’re curious about.
The legal market in New York is still growing—there are just under 600 licensed dispensaries statewide right now—but it’s built on transparency and accountability. That’s the difference between buying here and buying from an unlicensed source. You know what you’re getting, and you know it’s safe.
New York’s average cannabis price is around $31 per item, which is higher than states like California or Michigan. That’s not because we’re overcharging. It’s because the legal market here is newer, supply is still catching up with demand, and regulatory costs are significant.
When you buy from a licensed dispensary, you’re paying for testing, compliance, proper labeling, and a product that won’t put your health at risk. You’re also supporting a legal business that pays taxes, follows labor laws, and contributes to the local economy.
Prices have started coming down as more dispensaries open and competition increases. A year ago, the average was over $36. It’s getting better. But if you’re comparing us to an unlicensed seller, understand that you’re comparing two completely different products. One is tested and regulated. The other isn’t.
Sativa strains are typically associated with more energizing, uplifting effects. People use them during the day when they want to stay focused or social.
Indica strains tend to be more relaxing and sedating. They’re popular for evening use, pain relief, or help with sleep.
Hybrids are a mix of both. Depending on the strain, they can lean more toward sativa or indica, or sit somewhere in the middle.
That said, the effects you feel also depend on the specific terpenes and cannabinoids in each strain, not just whether it’s labeled sativa or indica. If you’re not sure what to try, tell us what you’re hoping to feel, and we’ll point you in the right direction. We’re not going to hand you a product and hope it works. We’d rather get it right the first time.
Yes. We carry a variety of edibles, with gummies being the most popular. They’re easy to dose, discreet, and come in different flavors and THC levels.
If you’re new to edibles, start with a low dose—5mg of THC is a good starting point. Wait at least 90 minutes before taking more. Edibles take longer to kick in than smoking or vaping, but the effects last longer too.
Every edible we sell is clearly labeled with the total THC content and the amount per serving. If you’re experienced, you might be comfortable with 10mg or more. If you’re not sure, ask. We’d rather you start low and have a good experience than take too much and regret it.
Edibles are popular in New York because they’re convenient and predictable. You don’t need any equipment, and you’re not dealing with smoke or vapor. Just dose carefully and give it time to work.
Not yet, but we’re working on it. For now, the best way to see what we have in stock is to stop by or give us a call.
Our inventory changes based on what’s available from our suppliers, and New York’s market is still in a growth phase. That means new products come in regularly, and some items sell out quickly.
When you come in, our budtenders can walk you through what’s available and help you narrow down your options based on what you’re looking for. If you’re short on time, let us know up front and we’ll keep it quick. If you want to learn more about a specific product or strain, we’re happy to go deeper.
We know it’s more convenient to browse online, and we’re working toward that. In the meantime, we’ll make the in-person experience as smooth as possible.
Bring a valid government-issued ID. You need to be 21 or older to purchase cannabis in New York, and we’re required to check.
That’s it. You don’t need a medical card, a membership, or an appointment. Just walk in during business hours with your ID and you’re good to go.
If you’re paying with cash, bring enough to cover your purchase plus any applicable taxes. Some dispensaries accept debit or cashless ATM options, but cash is always the safest bet.
If you have questions about a specific product or strain, feel free to ask when you arrive. We’re here to help you find what works, not to rush you through the door. Take your time, ask questions, and leave with something you’re confident about.
