Hear from Our Customers
You’ve probably heard the stories. Someone bought a cart from an unlicensed shop and ended up with something that tasted like chemicals. Or they grabbed flower that looked fine but smelled like a damp basement when they got home.
Here’s the difference: every product on our shelves has been lab-tested for contaminants, potency, and safety. You’ll see a QR code on each package that links directly to the Certificate of Analysis. That’s not marketing—that’s proof.
You’re not guessing what’s in it. You’re not hoping the THC percentage is accurate. You’re buying cannabis that went through New York State’s testing requirements, which means it’s been checked for pesticides, heavy metals, mold, and residual solvents. If it didn’t pass, it didn’t make it to our weed dispensary in Brightwaters, NY.
We operate as a fully licensed adult-use and medical cannabis dispensary serving Brightwaters and the surrounding Long Island communities. We’re not trying to be the flashiest or the cheapest—we’re here to be the most reliable.
Brightwaters is a tight-knit, affluent community where people expect quality and transparency. You’re not looking for gimmicks. You want to know what you’re getting, who you’re buying from, and whether the person behind the counter actually knows the difference between a sativa and an indica.
Our team has been trained on product knowledge, dosing, consumption methods, and how to help first-time buyers without making them feel out of place. You’ll find a clean, organized space and staff who treat this like a profession—because it is.
You don’t need an appointment. Walk in, show your ID to confirm you’re 21 or older, and you’re in. If you’re a medical patient, bring your New York medical cannabis card.
Once you’re inside, take a look at the menu or ask one of our budtenders what you’re looking for. Maybe you want something to help you sleep. Maybe you’re curious about edibles but don’t know where to start. Maybe you’ve been smoking for years and just want to see what’s new.
We’ll walk you through potency levels, terpene profiles, and product formats. If you’re new to cannabis, we’ll explain dosing so you don’t end up taking too much. If you know what you want, we’ll get you in and out quickly.
Every product you see has been tested and approved by New York State. You can scan the QR code on the label to view lab results before you buy. Once you’ve made your choice, we’ll ring you up and send you on your way. If you’d rather skip the trip, we also offer same-day delivery throughout Long Island.
Ready to get started?
Our inventory includes flower, pre-rolls, vapes, edibles, tinctures, and concentrates. All of it is sourced from licensed New York cultivators and manufacturers. All of it has been lab-tested. None of it came from someone’s garage.
Flower is still the most popular category—it made up 33% of sales across New York in 2024. We carry a rotating selection of sativa, indica, and hybrid strains, with clear labeling on THC and CBD content. If you’re looking for something energizing, we’ll point you toward sativas. If you want something that helps you unwind, indicas are your go-to.
Edibles are the second most common choice, especially for people who don’t want to smoke. Dosing is straightforward: start low, wait at least an hour, and see how you feel. Our team can help you figure out what makes sense based on your tolerance and experience level.
Vapes and concentrates are for people who want higher potency or faster onset. These products are more concentrated than flower, so a little goes a long way. If you’re new to concentrates, we’ll walk you through how to use them safely.
Brightwaters residents tend to value quality over price, and that’s reflected in what we stock. You’re not going to find the cheapest products on Long Island here—but you will find some of the cleanest, most consistent options available. We’re a local weed dispensary that prioritizes safety, transparency, and product knowledge over volume.
Look for the NYS Dispensary Verification Tool near the front entrance. Every licensed dispensary in New York is required to display it. If you don’t see it, you’re probably in an unlicensed shop.
You can also check the New York State Office of Cannabis Management website, which maintains a list of all licensed adult-use and medical dispensaries. If the shop isn’t on that list, it’s not legal—no matter what they tell you.
Unlicensed shops don’t test their products. They don’t follow state regulations. And they’re not accountable if something goes wrong. You might save a few bucks, but you’re also taking a risk every time you buy from them.
Sativa strains are typically associated with more energizing, uplifting effects. People use them during the day when they want to stay alert and focused. Indica strains tend to be more relaxing and sedating, which is why they’re popular in the evening or before bed.
Hybrids are a mix of both. Depending on the specific strain, they might lean more toward sativa or indica, or they might offer a balanced experience. The effects also depend on the terpenes in the strain—those are the compounds that give cannabis its smell and influence how it makes you feel.
If you’re not sure where to start, tell one of our budtenders what you’re hoping to get out of it. We’ll recommend a strain based on your goals, whether that’s relaxation, creativity, pain relief, or just a good night’s sleep.
Yes. Every product we sell has a QR code or link on the label that takes you directly to the Certificate of Analysis. That document shows exactly what’s in the product: THC percentage, CBD percentage, terpene profile, and test results for contaminants like pesticides, heavy metals, and mold.
New York requires all licensed dispensaries to provide access to this information. If a shop won’t show you lab results—or if the product doesn’t have a QR code—that’s a red flag.
You don’t have to be a scientist to read a CoA. The main things to look for are the THC/CBD levels (so you know what you’re getting) and a “pass” result for contaminants. If anything failed testing, it wouldn’t be on our shelves in the first place.
For edibles, start with 2.5 to 5 milligrams of THC. Wait at least an hour—sometimes up to two hours—before taking more. Edibles take longer to kick in than smoking or vaping, and the effects last longer too.
If you’re smoking or vaping, take one or two small puffs and wait 10 to 15 minutes to see how you feel. You can always take more, but you can’t take less once it’s in your system.
The key is to go slow, especially if you’re new. Cannabis affects everyone differently based on body weight, tolerance, metabolism, and even what you’ve eaten that day. Our budtenders can help you figure out a starting point based on your experience level and what you’re hoping to achieve. There’s no shame in starting small—most people wish they had.
Yes. We offer same-day delivery throughout Brightwaters and the surrounding Long Island area. You can place an order online or over the phone, and we’ll bring it directly to your door.
Delivery is discreet and professional. You’ll need to show a valid ID when the driver arrives to confirm you’re 21 or older. If you’re a medical patient, have your medical cannabis card ready.
Delivery is a good option if you’d rather not make the trip, if you’re not feeling well, or if you just want the convenience of shopping from home. Same rules apply—everything we deliver has been lab-tested and is fully licensed by New York State.
Bring a valid government-issued ID that proves you’re 21 or older. That could be a driver’s license, passport, or state ID. We check everyone’s ID at the door—no exceptions.
If you’re a medical cannabis patient, bring your New York medical marijuana card along with your ID. Medical patients have access to certain products that aren’t available for adult-use customers, and they may also qualify for different pricing or tax treatment.
That’s it. You don’t need cash—we accept debit and credit cards. You don’t need an appointment. Just show up, bring your ID, and we’ll take care of the rest.
