Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Bring Me Weed website at bringmeweed.net (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Site.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately stop using the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bring Me Weed. If you have any questions about these Terms, contact us before using the Site.
Eligibility
The possession, purchase, and use of cannabis is regulated under New York State law and applicable local regulations. This Site is intended solely for adults who are legally permitted to access cannabis information where they reside. Bring Me Weed makes no representations that the Site or its content is appropriate or available for use in locations where cannabis information is restricted or prohibited.
If you are under 21 years of age, you are not permitted to use this Site. If we become aware that a person under the age of 21 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to remove such information and restrict that person's access.
About Our Service
Bring Me Weed is a cannabis dispensary directory and discovery platform for New York City and Long Island, New York. Our Site provides:
- A searchable directory of licensed cannabis dispensaries across NYC and Long Island
- A brands directory featuring cannabis companies operating in New York State
- An events calendar listing cannabis-related events, pop-ups, and industry gatherings
- The Weekly Burn, a weekly newsletter covering NYC cannabis culture
Bring Me Weed does not sell, distribute, deliver, or facilitate the purchase of cannabis or cannabis products. We are a purely informational and discovery platform. All cannabis sales and transactions are conducted exclusively between end users and the independently operated, state-licensed dispensaries listed on this Site.
The information published on this Site — including dispensary hours, locations, product availability, ratings, and event details — is provided for general reference purposes only. While we make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate and current, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. Always verify current details directly with the dispensary or event organizer before making any decisions.
Bring Me Weed is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated in conjunction with the New York State Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) or any other governmental cannabis regulatory body.
User Conduct
By using this Site, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the Site by, any third party. Without limitation, you agree not to:
- Access, use, or attempt to access the Site if you are under the age of 21
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
- Harvest, scrape, data-mine, or otherwise systematically extract data from the Site without our prior written consent
- Use any automated bot, spider, crawler, or similar technology to access the Site
- Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information to the Site
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security feature of the Site, including age-verification mechanisms
- Impersonate any person, business, or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Engage in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the Site or the servers and networks connected to it
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site without our express written permission
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be in violation of these Terms or harmful to the interests of users, third parties, or us.
Intellectual Property
The Site and all of its contents — including but not limited to text, copy, graphics, logos, images, icons, photography, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — are the property of Bring Me Weed or its content suppliers and are protected by applicable United States and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise exploit the Site or any portion of it without our prior written consent.
Dispensary names, brand names, product names, logos, and related marks displayed on the Site are the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. Nothing on this Site should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of the trademark owner.
Limited, personal, non-commercial use of the Site is permitted for the purpose of viewing, browsing, and accessing information about dispensaries, brands, and events.
Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, AND SERVICES AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Bring Me Weed expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- Not medical advice. Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Cannabis affects individuals differently. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using cannabis, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take prescription medications.
- Not legal advice. The Site does not provide legal advice. Cannabis laws vary by jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to understand the laws applicable to your location. Nothing on this Site should be construed as legal guidance.
- No endorsement. The listing of any dispensary, brand, or event on this Site does not constitute our endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of the quality, safety, legality, or legitimacy of that business, its products, or its services.
- No guarantee of accuracy. Dispensary hours, addresses, contact information, and product availability are subject to change without notice. We do not independently verify the accuracy of all listings.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BRING ME WEED AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT.
This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site exceed the greater of:
- One hundred dollars (US $100.00), or
- The total amount paid by you, if any, to Bring Me Weed in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including dispensary websites, brand pages, event organizers, and partner platforms. These links are provided solely for your convenience and informational purposes.
We do not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. We encourage you to review the terms of service and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
Bring Me Weed shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of any third-party website or your dealings with any third-party business found through the Site.
Our Site also uses third-party services for functionality including analytics, newsletter delivery, and font loading. These are described in our Privacy Policy.
The Weekly Burn Newsletter
Bring Me Weed offers a free weekly email newsletter, The Weekly Burn, covering NYC cannabis culture, strain news, event listings, and dispensary updates. The newsletter is sent every Friday.
Subscribing
By submitting your email address through our newsletter signup form, you:
- Confirm that you are 21 years of age or older
- Consent to receive The Weekly Burn email newsletter from Bring Me Weed
- Acknowledge that your email address will be stored and processed by our email delivery system in accordance with our Privacy Policy
Unsubscribing
You may unsubscribe from The Weekly Burn at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of every newsletter email. Unsubscribing will take effect promptly.
Content
Newsletter content is for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not sell or rent subscriber email lists to third parties. Promotional content included in the newsletter will be clearly identified as such.
Business Accounts & Listing Content
Anyone may browse the Site as a reader. A dispensary or brand may also claim its listing to keep the information on it correct. This section applies to those business accounts and to everything published through them.
Suggesting or Requesting a Listing
An account is required to submit a brand or dispensary listing. You must accurately choose whether you own or are authorized to manage the business, or are a community contributor suggesting it. Contributors must not impersonate the business or imply that they represent it. All submitters must provide information they believe is accurate and have permission to share any submitted text and images. Do not upload confidential documents as listing images.
We review submissions before publication and may request corrections, reject duplicates, or decline unsupported or misleading information. A submission receipt confirms review only. Approving a listing is separate from approving ownership: it does not grant management access, verify the submitter's authority, or endorse the business. Contributors receive review updates and, if approved, the public listing link. Representatives may receive an invitation to begin a separate claim.
Choosing an Account
A claim invitation identifies a listing; possessing or forwarding it does not prove authority or grant access. Before continuing, choose the account you want to manage the business with. You can use the signed-in account, sign in to another one, or create an account. Switching accounts signs out the current session. The selected account must complete verification and team review. A login email need not match a business-domain email, and each business claimed by an account is verified separately.
Claiming a Listing
You may claim a listing only if you own the business or are authorized to act for it. To verify that, we ask for an email address on the business’s own domain, and, for dispensaries, we check the licence number you give us against the New York Office of Cannabis Management’s public licence records. Brands undergo a separate authority review. We may also ask for a document showing your authority. We review every claim by hand, and we may refuse one, ask for more, or remove ownership later if a claim turns out to be wrong or the business changes hands.
We assess verification evidence to decide whether to grant management access. Domain email access alone does not establish authority, and changes to an official website may require verification again. It is not an endorsement of the business, not a statement about its licence status, and not a guarantee that everything on the listing is accurate.
Your Account Details
Submission receipts, review outcomes, verification codes and account security messages are service communications. Newsletter signup is optional and separate. Do not share account credentials or verification codes. If a business changes ownership or your authorization ends, notify us so we can review access.
Give us details that are true and keep them current, including the mobile number we use to reach you about a claim. That number is for our contact with you only and is never shown on the Site. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us straight away if someone else gets into it.
What You Publish
Business accounts can publish listing details, hours, a menu link, social links, a description, a logo and photos, offers, brands, products and events. All of that is your content and remains your responsibility. By publishing it here you confirm that:
- It is accurate, and you will correct it when it stops being accurate
- You own it or have permission to use it, including every image and every trade mark in it
- It does not mislead anyone about your business, your products or your licence
You give Bring Me Weed permission to display, resize and format that content on the Site and in our newsletter for as long as your listing is here. We may edit, decline or remove anything at any time, with or without notice, and we are under no obligation to publish anything.
New York Advertising Rules
New York limits how cannabis may be advertised, chiefly under 9 NYCRR Part 129. Our forms check for the common problems, but that check is a courtesy, not a compliance review: you remain responsible for your own advertising under your own licence. Content published here must not:
- Claim a health, medical or therapeutic benefit, or state that cannabis is safe or treats any condition
- State potency figures, or present potency as a reason to buy
- Offer free product, giveaways, competitions, coupons or any other inducement the rules prohibit
- Appeal to anyone under 21, or use cartoons, characters or imagery aimed at children
- Encourage overconsumption, or depict consumption while driving or at work
- Make a false or unsupported claim about your business, your products or anybody else’s
Offers published on a listing carry a standard notice about 21+ access, responsible use and where to find help. That notice is part of the offer and may not be removed or altered.
Reviews
Reviews come from account holders writing about their own visit. Write honestly and from your own experience. Do not review a listing you own or work for, do not pay for or trade anything for a review, and do not include personal information about staff or other customers, links or contact details. We may remove a review, decline to publish one, or suspend an account that abuses the system. Reviews are the opinions of the people who wrote them, not ours.
Suspension & Removal
We may suspend or remove a listing, a piece of content or an account that breaks these Terms, misrepresents a business, or would put us or a visitor at risk. If you own a listing you may ask us to correct it or take it down: write to us at the address below and tell us which listing you mean.
We Do Not Sell Cannabis
Bring Me Weed is a directory. We do not sell, deliver or hold cannabis, we take no orders and no payments for it, and we are not an agent of any dispensary or brand. A menu link takes you to the shop’s own site, where the shop’s terms apply. Nothing here is medical advice.
Telling Us About a Mistake
If something on a listing is wrong, yours or anybody else’s, tell us and we will look into it. Use the contact details in the next section, or the help screen inside your account.
Changes & Contact
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice at our discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York State.
