Quality High is a boutique craft cannabis dispensary and small-batch farm based in Sleepy Hollow, New York. Operating under Westchester’s only cannabis microbusiness license, the locally owned company handles every step from seed to sale: it grows, crafts, curates, and sells premium New York cannabis under one roof, with no middlemen.
Quality High’s flower is grown at its indoor farm in Peekskill, where co-owner Nate Lyons oversees every plant daily. The team pheno-hunts genetics from seed, keeping only the standouts, and grows in small batches using a precision recirculating deep water cultivation system. Each plant is harvested at peak maturity, dried and slow cured, and hand-trimmed to protect its structure and trichomes. The result is dense, aromatic flower with rich terpene expression. Its Legends Reserve strains include Momochi (Zabuza x Obama Runtz), Hawaiian Lyon (Truffaloha x Chimera #3), and Permanent Chimera (Chimera #2 x Permanent Marker).
Beyond flower, Quality High offers pre-rolls, custom blended vapes made with personally sourced distillate, live resin, and solventless live rosin, and a line of private label edibles developed with Executive Pastry Chef Michael Fertucci. The edible lineup includes Biggie macrodose and Smalls microdose gummy ropes, dissolvable Cosmic Cubes, and gourmet chocolate truffles.
The Sleepy Hollow dispensary at 25 Beekman Avenue opened in September 2025 and also carries a curated selection from New York’s best small-batch farms. Quality High offers online ordering for in-store pickup, a loyalty rewards program, and free delivery throughout Westchester County, including Sleepy Hollow, Tarrytown, Chappaqua, Pleasantville, Mount Kisco, Briarcliff Manor, Ossining, Hawthorne, and Thornwood.
