Woman-owned, small-batch cannabis microbusiness and dispensary in Hemlock, NY
Hemplocks is a woman-owned craft cannabis microbusiness based in Hemlock, New York, in Livingston County on the western edge of the Finger Lakes. Operated by HempLocks, LLC and licensed by the New York State Office of Cannabis Management under Adult-Use Microbusiness license OCM-MICR-24-000190, the company handles cultivation, processing, distribution and retail under one license, growing its flower outdoors at a Monroe County farm and selling it directly from its storefront at 4638 Main Street, which opened to the public in September 2025.
Hemplocks describes its approach as small-batch, locally grown and sustainably farmed, using regenerative practices to hand-cultivate every plant. Its first season in fall 2025 launched with Wedding Cake and Orange Cream Pop, and by February 2026 the 3.5g menu had grown to include Double OG Chem, Gelato 45, Honey Child x Dulce De Uva x C41 and a Lemon Cherry Gelato cross, with listed THC levels from roughly 28% to nearly 31%. Wedding Cake and Orange Cream Pop are also rolled into 1g pre-rolls and Baker’s Dozen jars of dog walkers.
Beyond cannabis, the Hemlock shop carries handmade candles, body scrubs, soaps and stickers (none containing cannabis), with T-shirts available on request, and the team offers safety and dosing education for adults 21+. The store is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., and wholesale inquiries can be made by phone at (585) 367-1035 or by email at hemplocks@yahoo.com.
