LotusWorks Wellness is a woman-, minority- and artist-owned craft cannabis microbusiness on Main Street in Beacon, New York, in the heart of the Hudson Valley. Operating under New York State Office of Cannabis Management Adult-Use Microbusiness license OCM-MICR-24-000017, LotusWorks produces its own full line of craft cannabis products and sells them at its Beacon flagship, which opened in July 2024 as New York’s first micro-dispensary.
Co-founders Skyla Schreter and Aaron Sanders built the LotusWorks flagship at 261 Main Street in 2020 as a working studio for their artistic practices. It quickly grew into an art gallery and community space hosting yoga classes and wellness workshops alongside ongoing arts programming. When New York legalized adult-use cannabis, the pair saw it as another petal on the LotusWorks flower, and Aaron’s experience in Northern California’s cannabis industry helped them bring art, wellness and cannabis together under one roof.
The brand is built on the intersection of art and wellness, and its products are organized by targeted effect: Rejoice, Recharge, Relax and Refresh. LotusWorks flower is small-batch, seed- and soil-grown in the Hudson Valley, and its pre-rolls are rolled fresh from whole flower. LotusDrops vegan gummies are made with real fruit and no artificial ingredients, while the brand’s vapes and tinctures use custom formulations of cannabinoids, flavonoids and terpenes designed to support each effect.
Beyond the Beacon shop, which also showcases work from featured artists in its gallery, select LotusWorks products are available through retail partners in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Fans can also join the LV_HI//GT_LW membership for access to exclusive products, events and experiences.
